Welcome to PrasowLabs – Image Optimizer. By using our SaaS product available at https://prasowlabs.in, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a legal agreement to use our services.

2. Services

PrasowLabs provides an online image optimization tool. Free and premium plans are available.

3. Accounts

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account.
• You must not share your account with others or engage in unauthorized use.

4. Payments & Subscriptions

Premium plans are billed via Razorpay. Prices may change, but existing subscribers will be notified in advance. Subscription is activated immediately upon successful payment.

5. Refunds

Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.

6. Prohibited Use

• Misuse our platform (e.g., hacking, reverse engineering).
• Upload unlawful, harmful, or copyrighted content.

7. Limitation of Liability

Our services are provided “as is”. We are not responsible for data loss, service interruptions, or damages.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts found violating these terms.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of Tamil Nadu courts.
